Would you be interested in selling candles? Profit is 50%. The candles are clean burning and scented to the bottom. They are not wax based. Therefore they hold the fragrance better.

This one works great http://www.slhfund.com. Pre-selling christmas trees, you could probably make a few thousand dollars in a month, depending on the number of people you have.

You could try out sending Fund Raising Letters to some charitable and philanthropic organizations. The letters should be polite and carefully worded, highlighting the cause for which the funds are being sought.
