This past Saturday (a cold, rainy, raw autumn day) my wife, kids and myself attended a 5K run to raise awareness and support the fight against AT (ataxia-telangiectasia ) - a rare degenerative children's disease that combines the symptoms of cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, cystic fibrosis and cancer.
