Best ways to get started on fundraising?
I tried raffling tickets, and standing at markets for donations, introducing vac packages and gas certificates! I need ideas, and it a hard compution with all the colleges in my town with fund raisers. I am wanting to stay away for car washes! I see many of those.

Well, there are many other ways of fundraising. Holding a movie night (with the interest of your oganization) and selling popcorn, selling products for your organization, holding a bake sale or huge event where many vendors come into play. You can charge them as a donation to help your organization. I have seen people put on variety shows, host a show in the community, or even put on training session with what your organization intends to do. Ask for donations there and possibly a bake sale where all profits go to the cause.
